About Denise

I am a caring, creative childcare provider and teacher/tutor with a passion for helping children learn and grow. My interest in childcare stems from my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families in providing a safe and nurturing environment for their children. I have over a year of experience caring for infants and toddlers and enjoy fostering their development through imaginative play, music and age-appropriate activities. I prioritize open communication with parents and create a collaborative and transparent caregiving experience. My educational background includes a master's degree in education, which included coursework in brain and early childhood development. I taught Geometry, Algebra I and II and Personal Finance at a charter high school and I have a current fingerprint card. I am also willing to assist with delicious plant based cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision if needed.
