About Delronda

Hi! My name is Delronda. I have experience working with children in childcare and educational settings, and I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I am also pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's Degree, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of child development and learning. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn and grow. As a mother myself, I understand the importance of finding a trustworthy, patient, and dependable caregiver. My experience includes working with children in after-school programs, childcare settings, and behavior therapy. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, educational activities, outdoor play, and helping children build confidence and independence. I am available for weekday care morning-evening shifts and look forward to supporting your family's childcare needs.
