About Eleanys

I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 3 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs in school, home, and center-based settings. Throughout my experience, I have supported children with different skill levels, ages, and individual needs. I recently completed my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has further strengthened my knowledge of behavior, skill development, communication, social skills, and independence. I have experience implementing individualized behavior plans, teaching functional communication and daily living skills, supporting social interactions, and helping children develop greater independence. I am patient, responsible, reliable, and caring. I understand that every child is different, and I always strive to create a safe, positive, and supportive environment while building a trusting relationship with both the child and their family.
