About DeKisha

Hi! My name is DeKisha and I am currently a 20-year-old Junior at CU Boulder. I have a couple of years of experience working with different age groups, and have taken child development classes. I grew up with a fairly large family and child care is something I've done often. I also have experience with working with children with autism. At CU I am studying speech language and hearing sciences to then later become a speech language pathologist down the line. I am CPR certified and I also have a certificate in STOP THE BLEED training. I will focus on providing your child an environment that is fun, engaging, and safe. I know how important it is for a child to have a routine which is something I will be very attentive of. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, work out and spend time with friends. My skills include being attentive, patient, and being engaged. I can also do hair! Can't wait to meet you!
