I have worked in a daycare where I cared for children ranging from 2 months to 5 years old with one other coworker. Debra is fantastic. She is flexible, dependable, and great with communication. She has done an awesome job with our three girls. Preparing meals, playdates, arts & crafts, managing the kiddos emotions, and is an overall nice person. The only complaint I have is that she is going back to college soon and we will lose her.
