For the past 30 years I have been involved in providing child care for parents. For 15 of those years I have been a full-time nanny. I love being around children, and because of this I look forward to coming to work each morning knowing that I will be able to spend the day with them: painting, playing games, going to the park , zoo, etc. or reading stories together. I also enjoy helping the parents with their children. It makes me happy to know that parents trust me to take care of their most precious gift(s). Debbie was employed with our family for approximately three years from February 2018 - January 2020, when my daughter was four months old. Debbie is extremely trustworthy, caring, dependable and experienced. She transitioned with us through many steps of my daughter's development. From infant care, to the terrible twos, onward to preschool prep; she not only provided encouragement to my daughter, but on a personal level made me feel supported - a true team. Debbie is extremely energetic. She ensures children get plenty of fresh air, have developmentally appropriate projects, and also have the freedom to have fun. She teaches empathy, compassion, and practices positive reinforcement, and makes efficient use of her free time. We deeply value and treasure Debbie for the care she has provided our daughter, and contribution she has given to our entire family.
