About Ilsa

My name is Ilsa (pronounced ill-suh), and I'm a full-time nursing student with a passion for caring for children and supporting families. I am certified in BLS through AHA for both infants and adults. I have nearly 6 years of paid nannying and babysitting experience, primarily with children ages 6 months to 8 years old, though I am comfortable caring for children of all ages. I am also experienced in caring for multiple children at once and am open to overnight and sick care when needed. I love balancing educational support with play-based care-whether that's reading together, exploring science concepts, doing arts and crafts, practicing basic math, or incorporating fun, age-appropriate Spanish into daily activities. I am dependable, organized, and I have a clean driving record and prioritize safety at all times. I truly enjoy working with families from diverse backgrounds and make it a priority to respect and support each family's values, routines, and parenting style.
