About Daundria

Hi there! My name is D'Aundria, and I've been working in a child care facility for the past two years. For the last eight months, I've had the amazing opportunity to be a lead at the facility, gaining experience with children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where every child feels valued and can thrive. Three words to describe my personality are patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic. I love working with kids because their curiosity and joy are incredibly inspiring, and I feel honored to be a part of their early learning journey. From this nanny job, I'm looking for a chance to build strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, and spending quality time with family. My top three child care skills are creating engaging and educational activities, effective communication with both children and parents, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
