Pros: During the two months she worked for us she was very nice and willing to help with all that we needed. Affordable. Areas of improvement: I decided to let her go because she canceled 40% of her shifts each week and I needed someone who would come daily. She doesn't have a lot of experience/skills with cooking and cleaning and needs to be shown how to do everything but she can learn. I think she has great potential if she finds a family who can mentor her and if she is willing to step up and take the job very seriously and be dependable.
