Tiffany was the first nanny our family has ever had. She jumped right in with the kids and with helping out around the house. We didn't necessarily know what her role would like when we hired her but she was flexible and very helpful. I had a newborn at home and my husband works long hours so her presence was extremely valuable. I especially appreciated that my older 2 children still got tons of attention and nurturing and individualized attention from her that I would have been unable to provide on my own. Tiffany was wonderful in working with all of my children on learning activities and in incorporating play with learning. She gave the kids her full attention whenever possible and I had no qualms about leaving her with a 2 month old, a 1 1/2 year old and a 4 year old because she is confident and completely competent. Our newborn was a very challenging infant and she handled it well. She is calm, patient, loving, smart, and self-motivated.I would recommend her without reservation.
