Daniela was our Au Pair for nearly 2 years. She cared for our twins, full time, from 20 months of age until they were 3 and a half. Presently, she will help us on occasion. Most recently, she spent the weekend at our home so my husband could stay overnight with me for the birth of our 3rd child. Daniela was a phenomenal caregiver. She always respected my guidelines and had my sons' best interest in mind. She was gentle yet able to command all the situations that arose when she was in change. She would take my sons to the park nearly everyday, even in cold weather. My house is filled with crafts she has made with them over years. She placed an emphasis on education/learning in nearly everything she did with the twins; she was always teaching them. Another strong point was her ability and willingness to be affectionate. It is very important to me that my kids are raised in a loving and tender environment; Daniela embodied that beautifully. My sons love her dearly and speak of her often.
