I've accomplished 740 hours of professional training by the state to be a childcare provider. I volunteer during 2012 at a childcare center and became part of the staff until March 2016, I was offered a position for my outstanding development and leadership. March of 2016 I was hired as a full time nanny where I provided care for a 3-month-old for 2 years. Once the child was ready for school, I was offered a position with a family and a 1-year-old who I was with until September 2017 when he was ready for school, I continued to provide transportation for 6 months. In September 2017 I started working with a family full time. I was responsible for 2 children, I was with the family for 1 year until they move to Texas. In both settings I was in charge of meal prep, potty training, napping schedule, bath time, laundry, errands, developing learning plans according to the child's age, along with other duties. I am CPR and First Aid Certify since 2011. I am also fluent in Spanish and English

I conducted an initial phone interview and screening with Eliandry. She states she has a history of having long term working relationships with families-worked with at least 2 families in the past, extensive experience in childcare and has a degree in early childhood education. Her minimum rate for 1 child $25/hr more if teaching is required. She seemed hard working, mature and determined. However I decided not to pursue matters further when she was unable to provide more than 1 reference (dad only because mom was "unavailable"). I assumed between University professors, her extensive childcare training history and prior work experience she should have easily been able to provide more references. However she was rather adamant that she only provide 1 reference. My minimum requirement for childcare is 2 non family members which I verify and a background check on file. If someone seems reluctant/unable to meet that minimum requirement I don't allow them around my child.
