About Corey

I have a deep passion for children and the education of children, whether it be personal/private caretaking, tutoring children of all ages (general education, special education, hearing, and deaf/hearing impaired), teaching in the public school system (8+ years), teaching English in China (ages 3-15), or the 'dream job' of working with children on a Hawaiian cruise ship. I enjoy working with children in all environments. I am extremely energetic and positive and enjoy the challenge of coming down to the level of children in order to help bring them up a level in maturity. Child psychology is fascinating to me and thus I am very understanding of various children's behaviors and strongly believe in learning through discovery in order to nurture and foster a genuine love for learning.
