About Clara

Tutoring has been a fantastic way for me to cement my knowledge while gaining the joy of helping others succeed. In high school, I started my school's first peer tutoring club and helped guide a team of students on the best ways to tutor, as well as tutoring IB Chemistry for over a year. During the course of this year, with an empathetic, patient, and creative approach tailored to each student, I helped my tutees increase their marks from failing to consistently performing at the top of their class.. I completed the International Baccalaureate program, graduating as valedictorian and receiving a final score of 42/45. However, school has not always been easy for me and I understand the panic and discomfort of not grasping subject material, so I tutor with a lot of patience, respect, and humor!
