Hi, I'm Kira! I am a caring compaion who likes to keep seniors engaged, connected and mobile. I can help with: -Errands, outings, and transportation -Snacks light meal prep -Nail care/pampering -Light housekeeping -Medication assistance -Tube feeding -Assisting with physical therapy exercises -Walks, chair yoga, and gentle movement -Good conversation and company What makes my companion care a little different is my training. I teach fall prevention in assisted living communities. I'm a NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, a certified Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance instructor, trained in the Otago fall prevention Program, and a registered yoga teacher. Our time together can be social and fun while gently supporting balance and mobility. I cared for my mom full time for 2. 5 years through palliative care/ cancer treatment, so I understand what comes along with careing for people with limited energy and mobility.
