About Christine

I had the privilege of having my mother live with my family and I for several years. My mother had suffered a major stroke and originally had lost use of her right side, I helped with all her daily needs until she was fully rehabilitated. I have also worked as a chef in a Senior retirement facility where I would give cooking demonstrations and teach hands on.
