Hello! I'm a former high school English teacher, who is currently taking a break from teaching to stay home with my little one. I'm interested in tutoring because I love to see the "got it" look! Nothing beats finally understanding new or confusing information and being able to apply it. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my family. I'm a new mom and my husband is activity duty military. Working with a family that is understanding and flexible is crucial for me! I have an associates in liberal arts and a bachelors degree in Secondary English Education. For fun, I like to read, draw and paint (when I can), bake and cook, go for walks with my family, play with our dog, and watch the new milestones my baby boy makes! As an educator, I take a lot of pride in helping students achieve their goals and finding different learning styles of all! Some are hands-on or visual learners, while others need plenty of breaks between processing new information! I hope to meet you soon!
