About Chloe

I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and empathetic. I like tutoring because I can be a part of a child's growth. I love the challenge of tailoring to each child to find what motivates them to love learning. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, values of families, and firm belief of growth. I started tutoring in college for America Reads. I loved the experience of working with kids in an education setting that I majored in Elementary Education Foundations program where I completed student teaching. Currently, I am a reading interventionist in a k-8 school. In my spare time, I like to read, go for walks, go swimming, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am consistent. My skills include strong and open communication skills, creative problem solving to reach child's needs, and patience to ensure child trust in being brave to try new things academically.
