About Beth

I'd describe my personality as caring, loving, fun I like tutoring because I want to help those who need an extra hand with reading. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with students who are struggling with reading. I have been a teacher for 15+ years. I believe that I have been a tutor during that time. I have completed a certification as of 4/30/24. This position will be evenings during after school and in the summer, hours will vary. In my spare time, I like to walk, shop, play with my grandsons and watch hockey! One thing you should know about me is that I am passionate about helping your child become successful at reading. My skills include using a play based curriculum to engage students in a fun, creative and engaging way to engage them in the learning process of reading.
