Hello I am Cleo , a career nanny, newborn caregiver, family assistant, and household manager with more than 20 years of experience. One private family trusted me for 12 years to care for their three children from birth while helping manage their household and multiple residences. I am Montessori and Waldorf certified and experienced in newborn and overnight care, sleep and feeding routines, developmental milestones, school readiness, travel, and caring for multiple children. I create calm, engaging days through practical life skills, imaginative play, reading, art, nature, and limited screen time.
