About Chelsey

I am excited to help your child love to learn! My passion for childhood development and years of working in schools makes me the perfect tutor for any elementary school aged child. I have experience with children with behavioral, learning and social differences as well as gifted students, and love helping everyone achieve their goals. I am excited to get to know your child, lean into their interests to make learning exciting for them and to praise their hard work and great behavior. We will be using body movement to keep engagement up while also creating individualized learning plans to help you child learn in whatever ways work best for them. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and personally know that a typical classroom setting can be hard for even the brightest of children. With putting in effort outside of class, your child can achieve amazing things. Feel free to ask me any questions, I cannot wait to meet you and your child!
