About Chelsea

I have a bachelors in Early Childhood Education and 12 yrs hands on from infantry up creating and developing lesson plans and activities to meet the child where they are at developmentally. I earned my bachelors degree at Ferris State University. I have 4 yrs in household management positions baby sitting positions which consist of light housekeeping, meal prep (I am vegetarian), dog nanny, basic errands, and more. As well as summer camp experience. I have worked in Executive Assistant positions for the last 12 yrs wearing many hats in administrative related tasks. My mantra is Whatever you water will grow. Through daily presence we provide the nutrients for children to prosper and build self autonomy. The more water you provide the more expansive the bloom. Presence is the ultimate foundation. I aid children in their discoveries through presence and reflection. I reflect back to children their own curiosities helping children to grow new neural pathways and innovative solutions.
