About Erica

Hi, I'm Erica! I'm a nanny with 3+ years of experience, and I'll be moving to California this summer. Along with my nanny experience, I have a bachelor's degree in psych, a masters in I/O psych, and currently in the second half of completing the 90hr Child Care Certification. I have a strong personal and educational understanding of child growth and development, as well as curriculum. Working with children has been one of the most fulfilling decisions I've made, and I truly enjoy helping families raise good people, while supporting their growth through creating a safe, fun, and structured environment. I have experience with infants, young children, teenagers, and children with special needs. I currently work with three children, two of which are siblings (15mths and 3yrs 4mths; and 3yrs 2mths). I'm known for being reliable, patient, punctual, and overall easy to work with. I value strong communication with families and always aim to be a positive, supportive presence in the home.
