Hi! I'm Charli, and I'm a 25-year-old caregiver with over 8 years of paid childcare experience. I've worked with children of all ages and love getting to know each child's individual personality, interests, and routine. I enjoy keeping kids engaged with things like arts and crafts, music, games, outdoor activities, and other age-appropriate fun. I'm comfortable balancing playtime with the structure and consistency that help kids feel safe and secure. Outside of childcare, I'm a huge animal lover and love spending time with my dogs, so I'm also very comfortable with pets in the home! I'm dependable, patient, caring, and experienced, and I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can genuinely trust with their children.
