About Selena

Hi! I'm Selena, a dependable childcare provider who genuinely loves working with children! I have professional experience as both a daycare teacher and manager, where I planned lessons, crafts, and activities, prepared lunches, and create a fun, safe, and structured environment. I've also provided in-home care for families I met through the daycare, building lasting relationships with children and parents. I love getting involved with kids whether we're crafting, playing, doing hands-on activities, or simply talking. I want children to feel safe, heard, comfortable, and excited to be themselves! I'm CPR certified and have completed 15+ hours of childcare, first aid/safety, medication, and other childcare related training. I'm also happy to help with tidying up, dishes, and cleanup. I'm a high school graduate hoping to build a long-term career in childcare. Most importantly, I want families to know they can depend on me to care for, connect with, encourage, and keep their children safe!
