About Catherine

I'd describe my personality as patient, outgoing, understanding. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy helping people. I have patience with them and understand many of the problems that they are facing. I'm looking for a job that I can be of value I started caring for seniors about 15 years ago. I volunteered with hospice mostly caring for dementia patients though many had other health issues. I also had private cases, a good many were dementia patients. I spent the last decade concentrating mostly on my career in the field of mental health. I recently retired from that field and want to care for seniors. In my spare time, I like to garden, read and do charity work. One thing you should know about me is I'm very versatile and adaptable. My skills include providing positive activities that they are able to participate in, can provide transportation to various activities and appointments, provide patience and understanding.
