About Teresa

I'd describe my personality as Friendly and kind. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy meeting new people and helping others . I recently experienced the loss of a parent who had dementia and recognize how helpful a caregiver can be to a family in need . I'm looking for a job that is goal oriented, and can improve the quality of a person or family's life by helping them achieve the goals they may not be able to reach on their own . I started caring for seniors when my dad needed care . I was able to provide him with companionship, light cleaning , laundry, errands , cooking , and doctor appointments. In my spare time, I like to paint , read , and walk our dogs . One thing you should know about me I have a positive outlook and understanding nature I enjoy helping others reach their goals. My skills include Compassion, organization and motivation.
