I believe in open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and ensuring a preferred method of communication is established to address any concerns or share the highlights of their child's day. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I excel at organizing engaging activities that cater to each child's interests, including outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and technology-based apps.
