About Baylee

I am currently a pediatric RBT doing behavior therapy for children with autism. I'm a patient, creative, and friendly individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. I believe in supporting families by providing a reliable childcare option that encourages children to learn and develop through play. With their best interests at heart, I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. Daily written reports or verbal communication at pickup ensure parents stay informed about their child's day. I'm comfortable caring for one or more children at a time between the ages of newborn to 15 years of age. While I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel, my favorite part is playing with the children. I enjoy outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate their young minds. I've completed coursework in early child development and hold current certifications in First Aid and CPR.
