Hello! My name is Cassidy, and I'm a caregiver with over 4 years of experience supporting children's development in thoughtful, individualized ways. My background includes working as a preschool teaching intern at NSU and 3 years as a Registered Behavioral Technician providing 1:1 support for children with diverse needs. I've also completed coursework in Early Childhood Development through my studies in Speech-Language Pathology, which has shaped how I approach developmental milestones. I incorporate strong ABA-based strategies into care in a way that feels natural, encouraging, and child-centered. I focus on building skills through consistency, positive guidance, and play, while supporting emotional regulation and independence.
