About Cassidy

Hello! My name is Cassidy, and I'm a dedicated caregiver with over four years of hands-on experience supporting children's growth, learning, and well-being. My background includes 1 year as a preschool teaching assistant at Nevada State University and 3 years as a Registered Behavioral Technician, where I worked 1:1 with children with special needs. I have also completed coursework in Early Childhood Development as part of my studies in Speech-Language Pathology, which has given me a deep understanding of developmental milestones and individualized care. My plan is to build trust with the families I support by implementing clear standards to ensure open, timely, and reliable communication! I'm happy to answer any questions you may have for me and to set up an interview to connect and learn more about one another!
