About JT

I'm an experienced special needs caregiver and behavioral support professional with a strong background working with children and adults on the autism spectrum, including individuals with complex behavioral and developmental needs. My experience includes one-on-one support, in-home respite care, behavior plan implementation, parent coaching, executive functioning support, sensory activities, community-based skills, and assistance with daily routines and independence. I have also worked in behavioral consulting and management roles, giving me experience coordinating care, communicating with families and professionals, and remaining calm and dependable during challenging situations. I'm comfortable providing structured care while still making activities fun, positive, and individualized to each person. I'm especially passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals feel understood, supported, and successful while giving families dependable, experienced care they can trust.
