About Caroline

While I haven't formally been a tutor in the past, my extensive community service experience primarily centers around elementary education, and art enrichment for children with special needs. I can help your child in all subjects K-8 and English/Writing/History/College Prep for 9-12th graders. I'm also here to help you navigate the nuances of online and asynchronous schooling. I'm currently in the process of getting my alternative teaching certification in the state of CO, with hopes of becoming an art educator. My higher educational background focuses on both studio art practices, as well as art history. I want to help broaden the scope of art processes available for primary school aged kids to incorporate traditional crafts like basic weaving, sewing, ceramics, and more! Art can be so empowering for children at any age and I'm here to help your child explore their passions and creativity.
