I'm currently serving through the Colorado Reading Corps, providing individual literacy tutoring to students in kindergarten through 3rd grade at Coyote Ridge Elementary School. Caroline brings high energy and positivity to her tutoring sessions with kids. She is very knowledgeable and is able to explain content in a very kid-friendly way to her students. She takes time to connect with kids in a kind and fun way. She is great at keeping students on task, redirecting kids when necessary, and making accommodations to meet students' emotional, behavioral, and academic needs. Caroline actively seeks opportunities to learn about new, effective teaching strategies. As a co-worker she is punctual and reliable, personable and friendly, as well as a team player. She has strong communication skills with both adults and children.
