About Carla

I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to any organization. In my teaching role, I honed my abilities in classroom management and differentiated instruction, providing a firm foundation for the many teaching positions. As Director of Development for St. Gregory Church and School, my communication, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded me excellent leadership skills. My child-rearing experience of our six children has enhanced my talents in leadership, teamwork, determination, and prioritization as I managed multiple schedules, trained others, enforced rules and provided around-the-clock care. I then entered the workforce at the school where they are enrolled while continuing to run large fundraisers. My experiences as a teacher in multiple grade levels and as Director of Development have taught me skills and granted me experiences that are invaluable and would guide me as a leader.
