About Cara

Hi families! My name is Cara and I'm a postpartum doula who specializes in high need kiddos and sleep training consultations! My 10 years of postpartum experience varies from being a live in nanny, a CNA in Postpartum at a hospital, and a postpartum nanny/doula typically with kiddos ages 0-5. I specialize in postpartum support for parents and baby, modified sleep training (~4 months-12 months), chest & bottle feeding, colic, potty training, and reaching developmental milestones. My approach to care varies with each family dynamic, but I do my best to reflect what the family goals are while advocating for your kiddos. LGBTQIA2S+ families always welcome and honored! I am interested in connecting with families for part time care (4-20 hours) for postpartum doula support, sleep training consultation, date nights, and back up care.
