About Cameron
Experience: 5 yrs
I'm a writing-focused humanities tutor and essay coach with five years of writing center experience and additional HS tutoring expertise. I graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in History and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. I've helped students excel in high school assignments, college admissions essays and coursework, and even medical and law school applications. I specialize in helping students develop strong arguments, organize their ideas, analyze texts, and become more confident writers. My approach is collaborative, patient, and tailored to student's own needs. My professional background in social work informs this supportive approach. I want students to leave our sessions feeling more assured in their abilities to think and work successfully.
