About Clementine

My name is Clementine (B '13, B '17) and I am a private tutor based in Brooklyn, offering remote and/or in-person tutoring. I am particularly interested in helping students find unique and compelling stories for application essays and have worked with middle schoolers applying to boarding schools as well as high schoolers applying to college. I can also help with test prep! I've tutored students who have language-based learning disabilities and students who attend public and private schools in New York. Apart from application materials, I can help middle and high school-age students study vocabulary and grammar, prepare reading guides, practice close reading, literary analysis, creative writing, and essay writing. We can also work on executive functioning, time management, and organization skills if need be.
