Caitlyn was a nanny to our twins for 2+ years and also watched our older kids. She was AMAZING - there is truly no one better. She was highly trained and competent, up on all the literature about routines and sleep schedules, very conscientious about safety and development, and also EXTREMELY CLEAN. She took the kids to all the local parks, to the pool, to the library, to gymnastics, and to any number of other locations and activities she identified through her research. She was professional, communicative, and she loved (and still loves) the kids to bits. I would recommend her to any family, and in particular, anyone expecting multiples.
