About Caitlin

I'm 20 years old and have over six years of experience working with children through Somerville Parks & Recreation, where I currently serve as a program supervisor. I started as a camp counselor and now help plan activities, ensure safety, and support kids in building positive experiences and friendships. Working with children of different ages and personalities has taught me patience, creativity, and strong leadership skills. I'm currently pursuing a nursing degree, which has deepened my understanding of responsibility, compassion, and care, qualities I bring into babysitting. I truly enjoy creating safe, fun, and engaging environments where children can play, learn, and feel supported.
