About Maylynn

Hi! My name is Maylynn, and I'm a 25-year-old caregiver with over 13 years of experience working with children from newborns to teenagers. I began nannying at age 12 and am a hands-on aunt to eight nieces and nephews, helping care for them. I'm currently a psychology student at the University of Massachusetts Boston with a passion for child development and a long-term goal of becoming a school counselor. I previously worked at the Center for Child Development at Mass General Brigham, where I supported the growth and developmental milestones of newborns and premature infants. I also worked as a trauma-informed provider at the Italian Home for Children, supporting children with anxiety, depression, autism, bipolar disorder, and those in the foster care system. Additionally, I have experience as a shelter caseworker supporting both parents and children. I'm patient, nurturing, reliable, and deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children can thrive.
