About Brooklyn

Hello! My name is Brooklyn and I study Opera Performance at the Manhattan School Of Music as a graduate student. I have had the great pleasure of working in childcare for over 8 years, working with many families in both babysitter and nanny positions with a wide variety of children from newborns through 13 y/o as well as kiddos with different physical and developmental delays. During my undergraduate degree, I studied music therapy in a clinical setting with an emphasis on early childhood development and education. While my top priority is the safety and well-being of every child, my approach to childcare is heavily centered around child/caregiver/parental respect, encompassing manners and empathy for others in a fun and secure environment while catering to each child's individuality and special interests.
