About Brooke

With over six years of childcare experience, I am passionate about nurturing and guiding children as they grow and reach important milestones. I love creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel encouraged, valued, and understood. I'm confident in managing emotions and behaviors with patience and consistency, and I tailor daily activities to each child's unique needs and interests. My experience includes both daycare and private care, where I discovered my passion for working closely with families. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have held a federal-level caregiver position requiring full security clearance. I have earned my Bachelor's degree and am currently pursuing my Master's in Education. While I've worked with children of all ages, I specialize in newborns through age four, with extensive experience and training in infant care and early childhood development.
