Hi families! My name is Gretchen, and I have 4+ years of childcare experience working in a daycare throughout college, along with nannying during and after college for several families I first connected with through teaching. I have experience with children 2 months to 6 years old, including caring for multiple children at once in both classroom and home settings. My childcare style is centered around outdoor play, hands-on learning, and age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence. I love planning sensory play, crafts, reading time, outdoor walks, playground trips, and learning through everyday routines.
