About Britney

Hello! My name is Britney, and I am a Registered Behavior Technician with experience working with children of various ages and developmental needs, including children on the autism spectrum. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. Through my experience as an RBT, I have developed strong skills in communication, patience, behavior support, and building meaningful relationships with both children and their families. I am available for babysitting, nannying, respite care, date nights, weekend care, and after-school support. I enjoy playing games, doing crafts, outdoor activities, helping with homework, and encouraging positive social interactions. I am also comfortable following established routines and implementing strategies that help children feel successful and supported.
