Miss Brenda was an absolute Godsend to our family when we needed her most. My dad and I hired her to care for my mom who was battling dementia, so he could have a few hours break a week. Brenda was with us until mom passed. Not only did she take care of my mom's every need with kindness, love, respect, and a compassion that is rarely seen in today's world, she went above and beyond her job description. We needed Miss Brenda to be a companion to my mom and care for her, but she went out of her way to do extra little things that mattered a huge amount. Whether it be washing or folding laundry, changing bedsheets, washing dishes or simply straightening up around the house, those small acts of kindness show exactly the type of person she is. Brenda understood the toll that being mom's sole caregiver took on my dad and she did all she could to make sure that he had a little less on his plate when she was there. Brenda made the most difficult time in our family's life a little bit easier, even reaching out after Mom's passing to see if there was anything at all she could do for our family. Brenda became more than a caregiver, she became part of our family. Although the circumstances she was hired under were terrible, we will forever be grateful for all of her love and care. Our family would recommend her to anyone needing a caregiver for a loved one. She is truly one in a million and she remains a part of our family to this day. You would be blessed to have Miss Brenda as part of your life, and I'm more than happy to speak with anyone who desires anymore of a reference than that.
