About Bernice

Hi there! My name is Bernice, I'm a recent graduate at MC, there I majored in Finance and minored in Business Administration. I am from the Bronx, NY and I have 4+ years of experience with children and animals since high school. For the past three years, I have cared for two girls (ages 5 and 7) at my college town. Along with babysitting, I was also a full-time camp counselor at RCDC, there I supervised a group of 15 very adorable 4-year-old girls. I scheduled activities for the day, assisted with meals, swimming, and changing. Last year I studied abroad in Paris, I was part of a Global Leadership Certificate program by completing 15+ hours volunteering at a children's center. I helped facilitate leading art and cooking workshops, creative play, and helped organize language exchange programs with refugee children, building my skills at engaging children from different cultures.
