We hired Jessica to care for our 7-month old daughter. Because Jessica was able to secure a full-time job, her care for our daughter was brief. For the month and a half we had Jessica, she was incredibly communicative, always on-time -- and more often ten minutes early, incredibly interactive with our daughter, and was able to give attention to our pup, too. We would have loved to keep Jessica if we could but a full-time job is what she needed. She was upfront about this at the beginning so we knew we'd only have her briefly. I highly recommend Jessica for babysitting, date nights, etc.and wish her luck on her next adventure.
