About Baylee

Hi! My name is Baylee, and caring for kids has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up in a big family with six siblings, so from a young age I was helping with everything from homework and meals to bedtime routines and keeping little ones entertained. In addition to helping raise my siblings, I've consistently babysat for friends and family over the years and have experience with a wide range of ages. I'm CPR certified and currently in nursing school, which has strengthened my ability to stay calm, attentive, and safety-focused in any situation. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages and I'm also great with pets! I love creating a fun, engaging, and structured environment where kids feel safe and supported - and where parents feel completely confident in who they're leaving their children with.
