About Haylee

Hi! I'm Haylee, a reliable, patient, and nurturing caregiver with a lifelong passion for working with children. I come from a family of 14 siblings and am one of the oldest. My youngest sibling is only 8 years old, so I've spent most of my life helping care for children of all ages and learning about child development firsthand. I'm also a mom, which has given me valuable experience with infant and toddler care, feeding schedules, diaper changes, nap routines, and creating a safe, loving environment where children can thrive. I enjoy engaging kids in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child, and I strive to provide dependable, attentive, and compassionate care that gives parents peace of mind. I am CPR, first aide, and Heimlich remover certified, as well as have my child development associates degree. I have also worked as a behavioral technician for a year.
