Hi! I'm Bailey, a professional nanny and household manager with 10 years of experience supporting busy families. I'm based in Costa Mesa and am looking for a long-term family where I can become a trusted and dependable part of their support system. I'm warm, nurturing, organized, proactive, and highly reliable. I love creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children feel supported while maintaining structure and consistency. My experience includes childcare, managing daily routines and family schedules, school/activity transportation, crafts and outings, light meal prep, laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, errands, returns, and organizing children's spaces and the home. One of my biggest strengths is being proactive--I naturally notice what needs to be done and take care of it without being asked.
